A: Our firewood comes from locally supplied trees, oak, ash and beech

A: Yes, all our deliveries are accompanied with a receipt of payment and delivery

Q: Does your firewood include vat?

A: Our quality firewood comes with a reduced rate of vat - 5%

Q: What quanity can I order?

A: Whatever quantity you require, most homeowners order 3 or 4 bags per winter

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes, within a 10 mile radius of our depot in Upminster. We can deliver further afield but a small delivery charge will be incurred, speak to a member of our team for more information

Q: Do you deliver on a weekend?

A: Yes, when ordering your firewood let us know the best suitable time for delivery, there is not a surcharge added for a weekend delivery slot
